Departing from Whittier this tour is a relaxing five-hour boat tour that cruises through the calm waters of Prince William Sound. All cruises are narrated by Uniformed National Park Rangers. Stopping to drift in front of the glaciers along the way allows for many sightings of the spectacular "calving" process, which is how icebergs are born. The tour offers Baked Salmon and Prime Rib all-you-can-eat meal served buffet style with a dessert bar. Several other tours are available also, but this is the tour nearest Anchorage.
